President of Zanzibar Dr. Shein inaugurates a children's court

President of Zanzibar and the chairman of the revolutionary council Dr. Ali Mohamed Shein says despite Zanzibar being legally equipped to address issues concerning abuse of women and children the problem has continued to grow in the isles.
