CHADEMA party leader submits an application for an injunction against his arrest

The high court of Tanzania in Dar es Salaam has issued a temporary injunction preventing the police force to arrest or detain the chairman of CHADEMA party Freeman Mbowe until his application on why he should not be arrested has been heard.
