Authorities destroy illegal fishing gear worth more than 86 million shillings in Rukwa.

Fishing gear used for illegal fishing in lake Tanganyika Nkasi district Rukwa region worth more than 86 million shillings have been destroyed by fire , whereby 32 generators, batteries and lights using solar energy during illegal fishing activities have been confiscated by the government.
