The Msimbazi Street side appealed to TFF complaining that Yanga striker Donald Ngoma be punished for beating their player Hassan Kessy when the teams met in a league encounter last month.
They also complained against Amissi Tambwe for immorally touching their player Juuko Murshid during the match, which Yanga won 2-0 at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
Simba spokesman Haji Manara said yesterday that TFF was yet to give a rule on the issues, maintaining that the soccer body was still mum on the discriminating comments of Yanga spokesman Jerry Muro.
“TFF promised to take action about Muro’s comments but up to now nothing has been done,” Manara said.
He said Muro gave discriminatory assertions on Simba officials and TFF promised to work on the matter but nothing had come out of that promise.
Manara said although TFF had rectified complaints over league fixtures, they will still not compete in the league until their complaints are settled.
The Tanzania Premier League Board (TPLB) last week revised the Mainland Premier League fixture a few hours after league leaders Simba lodged an official protest to TFF, copied to the Ministry of Information, Culture, Arts and Sports, complaining against a move by the federation to “favour some clubs in the 2015/16 league title race.”
Simba leaders suggested that to allow some clubs to have up to three games in hand is likely to help fix matches, threatening that they will not play unless Yanga and Azam complete all their overdue matches.
The new fixture gives Simba a long break in the league until April 16, when they host Toto Africa at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
