Aveva says this time Simba wants to be paid their money as early as possible to avoid disappointment that was experienced when their Ugandan striker Emmanuel Okwi was sold to Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia, three years ago.
Samatta was transferred to Belgium premiership club of KRC Genk for Euros 800,000 from TP Mazembe last month.
The Simba president says he wants TP Mazembe to immediately remit their 20 percent transfer money soon after conclusion of the sale.
"We have requested TP Mazembe to pay us immediately after settling their transaction with the Belgium club,” said Aveva.
In related development, Simba has so far not received any response from Etoile du Sahel with regard to $300,000 unpaid transfer cut for Emmanuel Okwi.
Etoile wanted to pay the money in installments but Simba have refused the proposal.
