Promising gospel singer introduces new song

MUSIC lovers in Tanzania were earlier this week treated to a new gospel single, titled ‘King of Kings’.

This brand new gospel inspiration single has been released by a prominent Tanzanian Hip Hop artist, Shariff Thabeet 'Darassa', and talented gospel singer, Abigail Chamungwana, nicknamed 'Abby Charms'.

'Abby Charms' is an 18-year-old amazing artist, pianist, guitarist, and violinist.

The song inspires all people to fear and believe in God and that he is the source of everything and can do anything so we should trust in Him.

Darassa, also a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a record label, known as 'Classic Music Group' (CMG), insists that he does not take any orders from human beings and urges all to only be answerable to God.

'Abby Charms' praises how God is powerful and has made her boast about His greatness and she is grateful to be where she is now.

'Darassa' is a musician and well-known rapper in Tanzania who is doing a good job in new genre music with his record label, CMG.

He is known for his amazing album released months ago, featuring so many other artists like Sweetbert Charles 'Abbah Process', Faustina Charles 'Nandy', Omary Ally Mwanga 'Marioo, 'Country Boy', and many more.

Abby Charms, on the other hand, is an 18-year-old Tanzanian lady, a multi-award-winning vocalist, and an instrumentalist.

Apart from singing, she is also a coordinator and founder of a talk show, known as 'Teens Talk with Abby Charms', Abby Charms School of Music, and she is moreover UNICEF Youth Advocate.

On August 15 this year, she also won a youth award in the part of the entertainment. She is still struggling to achieve her dreams and is happy for where she is.

The two of them made an amazing mix of a popular gospel track titled ‘Hakuna Mungu Kama Wewe’ that was sung several years ago by Kijitonyama Choir.

The release of this song was one of the awaited ones and was seen to have a considerable number of views amounting to seven thousand views on YouTube within the last three days.

This new song was produced by Abbah, a famous producer, and mixed by Simon.
