Airtel Supports Flood Victims in hanag by offering free internet

Airtel Tanzania has supported victims affected by floods in Hanang District after Katesh Town and nearby villages were swamped by floods and mud that came hurtling down mountainside following an overnight downpour and affecting people, livestock, buildings and other properties.

A statement issued by Airtel Tanzania said, ‘Airtel supports and stands with you during this difficult time which has seen Hanag District and nearby villages experience floods. We understand the challenges you are facing and stand together with you at these difficult times.

 

"Airtel Tanzania has also announced free data and free airtime to all networks for all Airtel customers residing in Hanang district Manyara region. Airtel will offer free 100 minutes to call all networks and free 2GB internet valid for three days to enable the affected Airtel customers communicate with their families and loved ones.

 

Airtel Tanzania is committed to continue offering stable and reliable communications services during these difficult times and together we will continue standing with the affected victims, families and friends in Hanang", a statement concludes.
