This comes after the plaintiff, Sheikh Mbonde, filed a suit recently at the High Court requesting for a warrant of arrest and imprisonment of Babu Tale for failing to pay the compensation fee.The suit against Tip Top and Babu Tale follows the Court of Appeal dismissal of a request by Tip Top and Babu Tale to overturn the order by the High Court to pay the 250mn/- compensation fee on August 17, 2022, a request that was denied.
